1. Basic Requirements
Must be an Egyptian citizen
Must not exceed 18 years old by October 1
Must have passed the final exams of the Preparatory Stage (Grade 9)
Free from chronic, contagious, or psychological diseases
2. Academic Admission Requirements
Direct Admission: Total score must be at least 274.5 points (98%)
Admission Based on Subject Excellence: Total score must be at least 266 points (95%) with full marks in English, Mathematics, or Science
3. Required Documents for Application
Copy of Preparatory Certificate (Grade 9) or official success statement
Copy of computerized birth certificate
Two recent personal photos
Copy of parent/guardian ID
4. Application Process & Test Dates
Applications are submitted online through the official Ministry of Education website:
exls.emis.gov.eg. After completing the online form, print and sign it, then submit it to the local educational administration with the required documents. Test dates are announced annually by the Ministry of Education.
5. Admission Results
Students are notified of acceptance through the Ministry’s official channels
Successful candidates are listed according to scores and eligibility type
6. Required Documents After Acceptance
Original Preparatory Certificate or official success statement
Original computerized birth certificate
Original ID of parent/guardian
Four personal photos of the student
Medical fitness certificate from a certified health center
Any other documents requested by the school (e.g., proof of residence)
